Bernie was extremely helpful in accomodating and booking me on the desired date and time slot . My Pilot Mark even drove down to the Hotel I was staying in, to pick me up and take me to the launching site for no extra cost. Took the flight with Mark who was remarkably good and safety conscious. For a person in my 60’s he not only made me comfortable and calm during the pre Flight drill but also put a big smile on my face during the flight. Also picked up some good photographs and video clips of my Hang Gliding experience. After the flight , Michael ( hope I spelt it correctly) very kindly dropped me off to the railway station so I could rush off to Grindelwald without any extra charge.
